Just a friendly reminder ....

Any student that does not have their physical exam and/or up to date immunizations as required by September 1, 2026 will be excluded from school until all requirements are met.
If you already have an appointment Proof of appointment must be submitted for approval.

Immunizations and Physical exams are available through your healthcare provider or Knox County Health Department.

School Picture Day is next Tuesday, August 25th!

Picture order forms were sent home with students earlier this week.

Please be sure your student brings their completed order form with them on Tuesday. Checks should be made payable to Precision Photo. Families also have the option to order online using the QR code on the form.

We can’t wait to see all those great smiles next week!

HOMECOMING PARADE

HELLO, WILLIAMSFIELD! We are so excited to announce that Williamsfield will be hosting a parade for the RW Cougars!

The Homecoming theme for this year is Your Adventure Awaits! Saturday, September 12, 2026 Parade: 4:00 PM (we will email organizations a line-up time) Coronation: (following parade) 6:00 PM @ Williamsfield High School Gymnasium.

We are looking forward to filling the streets with Cougar pride, school spirit, and community fun! The parade route will be announced soon, but we want to get the sign-up process started! If you, your business, organization, group, or family would like to participate, we would LOVE to have you join us!
