This is Zack Binder, Principal of Williamsfield Schools. After reviewing the latest forecast and guidance from the National Weather Service, Williamsfield Schools will be closed tomorrow and we will be taking a snow day. All activities are cancelled.
The forecast is calling for slippery road conditions, areas of blowing snow, significantly reduced visibility, gusting winds, and potentially hazardous conditions, particularly during the morning hours.
At Williamsfield, we always try to take care of one another, and tonight that means making the safest decision for our school community.
We hope our students enjoy the unexpected day, stay safe, and make the most of a little bonus day at home.
