Williamsfield's Varsity Land Use Team snagged 1st place at a state-wide competition held at the Farm Progress Show in Decatur this week. Of that team, Kyla Doubet placed 1st overall as an individual and Owen Rigg 3rd overall in a fantastic start to Williamsfield FFA's soils competition season. Rylee Triplett and Trent Stiers rounded out the varsity squad that contributed to the team's win. In all, 10 Williamsfield FFA members competed at the event:
