Seniors will have their photos taken along with school pictures on Tuesday, August 26th, beginning at 8:00 a.m. Students who need an earlier time may arrive at 7:50 a.m. If you attend GAVC during this time, please report to the gym for photos as soon as you return to school. Let Ms. Bowker know if you have a scheduling conflict.
Seniors may wear clothing of their choice, but it must follow these guidelines:
Clothing should reflect professional dress (what you would wear to a job interview).
Collared shirts, sweaters, and modest attire are appropriate.
Clothing must not be overly revealing.
Shirts with logos or large text are not allowed.
Final determination of appropriateness will be made by the administration. If clothing does not meet guidelines, alternative clothing will be provided.
You may still choose to submit a senior photo of your own for the yearbook. Please note that final photos from professional photographers can take several weeks to receive, so plan ahead. Digital photos should be high quality and emailed directly to Ms. Bowker at jaynee.bowker@billtown.org. As with school photos, appropriateness will be determined by the administration.
The 2025-2026 yearbook will also include a baby picture of each senior. Some of the most memorable photos in past yearbooks have been silly, funny, or simply adorable. Please ensure the photo is clear and that you are easy to recognize.
Deadline: All senior and baby photos must be submitted by February 1st, 2026. If a senior photo is not provided by this date, the official school picture will be used. If you have special circumstances, please contact Ms. Bowker.
