The Williamsfield High School Building Trades program is proud to announce having completed their third new construction home in four years.  During the 2006-2007 and 2007-2008 school years, Junior and Senior level high school students worked with a program consultant and built this 1424 sq. ft. ranch style home located one block west of the school at 509 N. Pine Street.

The school district would like to invite you to attend the Open House being held on Saturday, August 2nd and Sunday, August 3rd.  The house will be open to visitors from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day.

The layout of the home includes three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a beautifully finished family room with over 700 sq. ft. in the walk-out basement, ICF energy efficient foundation with isoprene insulation, a two-car attached garage, spacious yard, sun deck, and patio.  Additional features include vinyl siding, brick veneer front, 1st floor laundry hook ups, vaulted ceiling in master bedroom, Pella DH wood thermo pane windows, and skim coat plaster over drywall interior walls.  It is conveniently located near the school and park.
