Craig, Diana / Title I Reading / Fourth Grade / Elementary School

It is very important for Title I to coordinate and reinforce reading from the classroom.  Each student, who has been identified for Title I reading, has different aspects of the reading process for which they need assistance.  I meet with small groups of students, from each class, daily for 30 – 45 minutes. Much of this time is spent reading.  Material used includes basals and guiding reading’s leveled books.  I make my own plans based on the needs of each student.  I am flexible so that if a teacher comes to me with a reading concern, it will be addressed at that time, and my plans will be delayed.
